Article 2 - General
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements regarding online orders between Real Hair Online BV and the consumer.
2.2. The agreement to purchase the products is concluded after an order confirmation, which is sent by e-mail.
2.3. The consumer declares (without reservation) to have taken note of the general terms and conditions before placing the order.
2.4. Real Hair online BV reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions and the content of the website (shop)
Article 3 - Payment
3.1. With the payment methods on the webshop you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way
You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
3.2. Payment in advance via bank transfer or giro to iban account no. NL12RABO 012.68.74.093
3.3. Payment of the order is always made in full in advance. After receipt of payment, the order will be delivered as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days at the delivery address specified by you.
3.4. Real Hair Online BV will send you a confirmation by email that your payment has been received.
Article 4 - Returns / reflection period
4.1. Real Hair Online BV supplies natural products, originating from people, so colors and shapes of the images compared to the webshop may differ slightly from the equal product.
4.2. The customer is responsible for correct return shipment: The hair must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging with the purchase receipt within 14 days after receipt of your order to Real Hair Online, kinkerstraat 249, 1053 ER, Amsterdam / Netherlands, this in connection with hygiene and health protection.
4.3. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
4.4. When returning a product, you must register the return within 14 working days of receipt via WhatsApp with return & order number to 0652772001. You will receive a return label by email within 1 working day.
4.5. When returning, the amount to be returned will be (incl. delivery costs) must be transferred within 10 days. The consumer will be informed of the refund by e-mail.
4.6. The shipping risk and the costs of returning are for the buyer. Real Hair Online keep the return costs of the purchase amount. This amounts to €6,75. As a customer you are responsible for correct returns. Registering yourself and paying directly at a postal point is also possible.

Article 5 - Shipping costs
5.1. Real Hair Online BV charges shipping costs for shipping hair.
5.2. Shipping is via POST NL & DHL
5.3. The shipping costs and any packaging costs are for the account of the customer. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are from €6,75.
5.4. However, Real Hair Online BV reserves the right, in special cases including return/exchange, to charge the shipping costs.
5.5. The customer is personally liable and responsible for an incorrectly specified delivery address. Any additional costs involved in this will also be borne by the customer.
5.6. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has notified to the company.
- The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the time of delivery to the consumer or a predetermined representative and known to the entrepreneur, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Article 6 - Delivery
6.1. Our aim is to offer your order via PostNL/DHL within 7 working days after receipt of your payment.
6.2. If the delivery time is unexpectedly not feasible, Real Hair Online will contact the consumer to inform them of the delivery time.
6.3. Exceeding the delivery term does not entitle the customer to compensation
Article 7 - Privacy
7.1.Real Hair Online will only use the data entered by consumers for the execution of the agreement. This means to process your order and pass on your details to PostNL and DHL for delivery.
7.2. Your personal data will further be used to keep you informed in the future of related Real Hair Online information and any offers related to Real Hair Online BV
7.3. We will not provide your information to third parties.
