Article 2 - General
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded between Real Hair Online BV and the consumer via the Real Hair Online BV webshop.
2.2 The agreement is concluded when the consumer has received an order confirmation by e-mail.
2.3 By placing an order, the consumer declares that he/she has read and agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.4 Real Hair Online BV reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the content of the webshop. Current agreements will continue to be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of order placement.
Article 3 - Payment
3.1 Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Payments are processed through secure payment environments provided by the relevant payment providers.
3.2 Payment must be made in full in advance.
3.3 After receipt of payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible and delivered to the address specified by the consumer within 14 days at the latest.
3.4 The consumer will receive confirmation of payment and shipment by email.
Article 4 – Right of withdrawal & Returns
4.1 The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
4.2 The cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product.
4.3 During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked and tried on as is customary in a physical store, solely to assess its nature, characteristics, and quality.
4.4 For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the following additional conditions apply to hair extensions:

To be free from odor (such as smoke, perfume, or other odors)

To be completely in original condition

To be returned in original packaging

To be provided with intact labels and seals
4.5 If the product:
-
Washed is
-
Worn is
-
Contains product residues
-
Fragrance contains
-
Or if labels/seals have been removed
Real Hair Online BV reserves the right:
a) Refuse the return and return the product to the consumer, or
b) To charge a depreciation, or
c) A mandatory laundry service charge to be made before any refund is made.
Any costs for laundry or depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.6 Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt via WhatsApp (0031) 0652772001, stating "return" and the order number. The consumer will then receive a return label via app within two business days.
You can also register and pay directly at a post office. Send your package to: Real Hair Online, Kinkerstraat 249, 1053 ER Amsterdam.
4.7 The return amount (including the original shipping costs, if applicable) will be refunded via the same payment method within 10 days after receipt and approval of the return.
4.8 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Real Hair Online BV will deduct the return shipping costs (€6,75) from the refund amount if a return label is provided through Real Hair Online.
4.9 The shipping risk for the return shipment lies with the consumer until the package has been received by Real Hair Online BV.
4. 9. 1 If an order is returned from abroad, all return costs, including any higher international shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, taxes or administration costs, are fully borne by the consumer.
4. 9.2 If a shipment is refused by the consumer, not collected or returned by the carrier due to unpaid import duties or customs charges, Real Hair Online BV reserves the right to deduct all additional costs incurred by it, including return shipping costs, import duties and administration costs, from the amount to be refunded.
Insufficiently or unstamped returns will not be accepted.
Article 5 – Shipping costs
5.1 Real Hair Online BV charges shipping costs for shipping products.
5.2 Shipping takes place via PostNL and DHL.
5.3 Shipping costs within the Netherlands start from €6,75 unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Real Hair Online BV reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs in special cases.
5.5 The consumer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided address will be borne by the consumer.
Article 6 - Delivery
6.1 Real Hair Online BV aims to ship orders within 7 working days of receipt of payment.
6.2 If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified.
6.3 Exceeding the delivery term does not give rise to any right to compensation.
Article 7 – Privacy
7.1 Real Hair Online BV processes personal data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement, including order processing and shipping.
7.2 Data may be shared with delivery services for order delivery.
7.3 Personal data will not be sold or provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
7.4 The consumer can unsubscribe from marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us at sales@realhaironline.com
